Katy’s Cane Island Open Nine New Showcase Model Homes
Shortly after beginning its second phase of new homes, the Katy master-planned community of Cane Island has opened the doors to nine new showcase model homes, open daily for public tour, where families can experience the finest in new home designs starting in the mid $260s.
Those now open include new 50-foot models by David Weekley Homes and Perry Homes, 55-foot models by Coventry Homes and Highland Homes, 60-foot models by Taylor Morrison and Perry Homes, a 65-foot David Weekley model and 80-foot models by Highland Homes and Perry Homes.
“Our new model homes allow homebuyers to experience a range of floorplan designs whether it’s for a family home on a smaller footprint or a property large enough for a family pool and outdoor entertaining spaces,” says Lawren Eckhardt, Cane Island’s director of marketing.
Cane Island’s new model homes boast gourmet island kitchens with butler’s pantries and morning rooms, secluded wine grottos and private studies, spacious family rooms, inviting master suites, media rooms, game rooms and bonus rooms.
