According to a mid-year report published recently by Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO), Cross Creek Ranch maintained its position as one of the top-selling master-planned communities in the nation

The Fulshear community ranked No. 25 in the nation, No. 4 in Texas and No. 2 in the Houston area based on home sales for the first half of 2018. With 246 homes sold, Cross Creek Ranch experienced a 16 percent increase in sales year-to-date over last year.

“More and more families are making their home with us,” said Rob Bamford, general manager of Cross Creek Ranch. “We offer home designs at every price point so buyers are able get exactly what they want in a community known for its outstanding amenities, access to top-rated schools and small-town atmosphere.”

Cross Creek Ranch was one of six Johnson Development communities ranked on the RCLCO report, which tallied home sales from January through July. Sienna Plantation in Missouri City was ranked No. 15; Viridian in Arlington, Tex., No. 26; Harmony in Spring, No. 30; Woodforest in South Montgomery County, No. 38; and Riverstone in Fort Bend County, No. 41. Johnson Development had more communities ranked among the nation’s best-selling than another other developer.

Celebrating 10 years of successful home sales this year, the 3,200-acre Johnson Development community also has built a reputation for its environmentally-conscious ethos and focus on sustainability, including the development of a natural, healthy habitat for wildlife through reforestation and the creation of “living edges” along the banks of the community’s Flewellen Creek.

Other draws include Bonterra, Cross Creek Ranch’s active adult resort-style community, home choices ranging from townhomes to luxury homes, on-site Katy ISD schools, three pool complexes, 30 miles of hike-and-bike trails, a 6,000-square-foot fitness center, and a professional lifestyle director facilitates more than 75 resident events each year.

Homes in the community are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.
