The Pearland Chamber of Commerce offices are in Commerce Center, a 5,700 sq. ft. state-of-the art facility in midtown, an area mid-way between Pearland’s east and west sides.

“Commerce Center easily supports most activities of our 700 members, community and region. It’s accessible to more of our members and highly visible in the community,” said Chamber President Carol Artz.

In addition to staff offices, the center has conference rooms and a large marketing room that can hold about 100 people. A touch-screen kiosk offers bird’s eye and street views of the greater Pearland area. The Chamber’s marquee communicates upcoming events and milestones.

Visitors to the information center can pickup tourist brochures and other business and community information, including Texas 288 Newcomer Magazine, 24-hours a day.

Commerce Center is also home to the San Jacinto College Small Business Development Center.
