What you should know about me:
I hold a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Houston and have also taken some graduate level marketing courses. Prior to my career in Real Estate, I negotiated contracts for hospitals, physician groups and managed care companies. I have over 20 years of contract negotiation experience. I feel that my negotiation skills are my greatest strength, as a Realtor. I am a native Houstonian and have been a resident of Ft. Bend County for over 20 years. Although I consider myself a specialist in the Ft. Bend County area, I am also very comfortable working throughout the Greater Houston Area. If you need assistance in an area outside of my expertise, I will be happy to refer you to a Realtor who can help! I have a hands-on approach with all aspects of the transaction, from the initial search to closing. I maintain high professional standards and a commitment to service.
