Splendora ISD may be the smallest school district in Montgomery County with just over 3,900 students across five schools, but it delivers big when it comes to student-focused education. With a commitment to personalized learning, Splendora ISD offers a wide range of opportunities designed to help each student thrive—academically, personally, and professionally.
Splendora ISD
Through its Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs and early college high school offerings, the district equips students with real-world skills and college credit before graduation. Splendora High School currently offers 11 career pathways, providing students the chance to earn industry-recognized certifications and hands-on experience in fields ranging from healthcare and technology to skilled trades and business.
Personal Graduation Plan
One of the district’s most innovative tools is its Personal Graduation Plan (PGP) initiative, which starts as early as 5th grade. Students, parents, and counselors work together to explore career interests and educational goals, laying the groundwork for a customized path through middle and high school. These plans not only help students stay focused and motivated—they allow district leaders to better align course offerings with student interests.
While Splendora ISD maintains the charm and personal attention of a small-town school district, it matches that with large-scale ambition—providing modern technology, forward-thinking curriculum, and a growing number of academic and enrichment opportunities.
Looking ahead, Splendora ISD is actively shaping itself into a District of Innovation, fostering a learning environment where every student is empowered to become a confident, self-motivated learner, critical thinker, and productive citizen. In Splendora ISD, students don’t just prepare for the future—they help define it.
