In pursuit of his passion of marketing Farm and Ranch properties, he has taken additional education from multiple sources to include Farm and Ranch Real Estate, Fundamentals of Land Brokerage, 1031 Exchanges and Mineral Oil and Property Rights. His 25 years of experience in commercial construction and 22 years of service in the United States Marine Corps provides the Spencer Team clients a background in management, leadership and negotiation skills that will benefit our them and the team overall. He has considerable knowledge in contract negotiation, risk assessment, effective communication and problem solving. He has personal experience with most aspects of home building and repair processes and a keen eye for detail. He performs pre-offer property evaluations to minimize surprises during inspections. For TST selling clients he performs pre-listing consultation and recommendations to best prepare homes to reduce buyer concerns.
