The City of Willis maintains a rural, small town feel but also has ready access to major metropolitan areas. We are proud to call Willis our home and look forward Read more [...]
The Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce, is the organization which represents businesses in one of the fastest growing areas of Texas! Our community enjoys an excellent quality of life, superior education, sports and recreation, and most of all — a favorable business environment in which to thrive and grow.
One of the things that attracts people — and therefore businesses — to our Chamber area is our diversity. Although it is now a seven-lane state highway, our “main street” still carries its farm-to-market designation and meanders through residential and commercial developments, past pastures with livestock, and by stately stands of century oaks and pine.
Nationally known golf courses are nestled in our comfortable neighborhoods. Premier shopping, dining and entertainment are but moments from home or work. A superior network of highways makes our International Airport even more convenient and accessible.
We are both independent and interdependent when it comes to our neighbor, the City of Houston. We support and enjoy the City’s extraordinary performance halls, convention facilities and major sporting events — even while we fiercely retain our own individuality and decision-making.
Since the identity and image of both our Chamber and community are inextricably bound together, we have an opportunity to capitalize on the best of both worlds by devising a communications strategy that celebrates our diversity and interdependence. Identifying the strengths that make our Chamber and community an attractive place in which to live and work receives priority attention in our annual Program of Work.
The Cy-Fair Houston Chamber is made up of businesses of all sizes…from the Mom and Pop operation to multinational corporations and Fortune 500 companies. Our members share common interests in preserving and improving the areas quality of life; in assuring that our schools and educators receive the support they deserve in order to give our youth the best possible head-start in life; and in assuring a skilled and highly trained labor pool for the millennium.
