Living in the Champion Forest Area

Champions takes its name from the Champions Golf Club and its prestigious golf course, which has been home to the Ryder Cup, the United States Open, The TOUR Championship and others. Settled between Highway 249 and Interstate 45, the slightly rolling, leafy terrain features Champion Forest, Olde Oaks and Northgate Forest, neighborhoods which offer homes for empty nesters or large families; prices range from the $200,000 up to several million. Area students attend schools in the Klein and Cy-Fair Independent School Districts. Shopping, dining and entertainment options are many and varied along FM 1960.
