Sienna Plantation Hosts Truck N’ Munch Food Truck Fest Oct. 14

Hungry fans of street fare will be able to choose from a range of gourmet treats during a mobile food fest at Sienna Plantation Oct. 14.

At Truck N’ Munch, more than 20 Houston-area food trucks will gather from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Club Sienna parking lot, 9600 Scanlan Trace, to serve up lobster rolls, burgers, sushi, tacos, ice cream sandwiches, old-fashioned sundaes and more.

Dirt is officially turning in Johnson Development’s newest Houston-area community, with the recent groundbreaking ceremony in Veranda.

Golfers are preparing to tee off in teal to support the Tourette Association of America — Texas Chapter during the Takeaway Tourettes Charity Golf Tournament Nov. 7 in master-planned Woodforest.

Riverstone Kayak

Test drive a kayak or two in master-planned Riverstone as Kayak on the Lake returns 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10.

Once in the spring and again each fall, Riverstone teams up with Houston-based Fishing Tackle Unlimited for a day of paddling on one of the Fort Bend community’s lakes.
